I'm Not Lost...but will be looking for THE HATCH

I have simply been so busy that posting is about the last thing that I can get to do. Not that I haven't thought about it, it just doesn't present itself well. Currently I am putting off writing performance reviews for the jelly doughnut factory workers so why not blog? Seriously!

This weekend was busy busy busy. Miss B's friend from Michigan now replanted in Humbolt was here for the weekend. She is a great guest. Doesn't need to be entertained. Has great conversation. Takes care of herself. Low maintenence. Love those kind of guests! Went to deep sushi this weekend and the last time we were there the best bears in the world treated us to dinner. So it was good to go back and enjoy the sushi splendor again. Saturday was routine yoga and then non-routine milkshakes. It was somewhat of a college-like concept involving ice, weed, and lots of giggles. Most folks were out of their head but it sure was fun and the hosts did a great job of keeping everyone from getting too inside their own space and freaking out. At one point Miss B couldn't get up from the floor nor could she stop laughing. Hadn't seen anything like that in a very long time. Let's just say I am D-U-L-L dull today. Feeling sharp as a marble. Thanks Mistycans and Ted for a great rainy day afternoon! It ruled. I would do the milkshake again just not for a while. Have to let the brain cells regenerate. Might take some time.

Today was A's ladyfriend's birthday party so it was mimosas and yummy brunch. I took over some fatmakers, also known as peanut butter rice krispie bars. It was really fun and as always, A had some great stories to share. Very entertaining. Miss B's friend's sister arrived this afternoon so then we went to the Porkstore for more brunch and I had another mimosa. So crazy I am!

It's now Sunday night and I am not working like I should be. Need to eat some dinner and go to bed. Next week at this time we will be in Hawaii looking for THE HATCH! We are going to find it this year. I know it. Will report more soon.
