Saturday Mornings

I am about to embark on a shopping trip to Target and Trader Joe's. Miss B usually works the door at yoga Saturday mornings however today she went to some sort of teacher workshop thingy as teachers do. She's in South San Francisco right now, the Industrial City. (It's what the hillside has written on it as you drive through, rather depressing eh?) My serious housewife tendancies come out on Saturdays. Cleaning, grocery shopping, making sure library books aren't overdue. It's what I do. And I love it.

On a sad and depressing note, a friend of a friend passed away this weekend after a short however extremely painful bout with leukemia. Very abruptly as he was diagnosed a little over a week ago. He passed away in the afternoon hours, just after saying goodbye to loved ones. Didn't know him that well but what I did know of him culminated itself into a young man who was kind, funny, caring, and adored his partner to the ends of the earth. Wherever you are now C, please know you are missed and were loved in your short time here.

Make the most of every day and live life to the fullest. It can be taken away from you on a moments notice.
